New 'Fin' helps amputees swim
(CNN) - Amputees will have the opportunity to purchase, as early as this summer, a first-of-its-kind underwater prosthetic leg called "the Fin." According to the Department of Veterans Affairs, 2.6 percent of veterans return home from war missing a limb.
